以數(shù)控立車干式車削回轉(zhuǎn)支承滾道為研究對(duì)象,應(yīng)用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論建立數(shù)控立車-回轉(zhuǎn)支承系統(tǒng)的熱誤差模型,對(duì)熱誤差神經(jīng)網(wǎng)模型的關(guān)鍵輸入?yún)?shù)進(jìn)行了分析,提出了相應(yīng)的熱誤差補(bǔ)償策略。以某型號(hào)大規(guī)格的回轉(zhuǎn)支承滾道干式車削為例,對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)支承滾道加工實(shí)施熱誤差補(bǔ)償,結(jié)果表明,所提出的數(shù)控立車-回轉(zhuǎn)支承系統(tǒng)的熱誤差模型能較好地預(yù)測(cè)熱誤差,提出的補(bǔ)償方法對(duì)熱誤差補(bǔ)償?shù)男Ч己谩?/p>
